Two early 20’s females with full time jobs and 2 dogs seek a third for rent sharing in a very private, well built home and safe neighborhood. Three acres. Very private. 10 x 12 bedroom with wood floors. Hardwood and tile throughout the house. Rent includes unfurnished bedroom, water and garbage pick up,access to all shared space, large TV, Netflix provided in main room and all shared furniture and appliances (kitchen, laundry, living room, covered back porch etc..)Dedicated parking space outside, storage in garage or barn. Very inviting screened in porch on back to relax in! Shared bathroom. Must be willing to split chores (main room sweeping and mopping, bathroom clean up, garbage cans down to curb etc…) Electric is split 1/3 (three ways) and is usually only $40 each person. New AC unit this year. Smoking outside only. Must be willing to sign 6 month at a time lease. Friendly and professional landlord. Close to Belleview, The Villages and Ocala and Hwy 75 for easy commuting.
