I am renting to one mature working older adult prefer (age 50 or over)no young people need contact me as we are Seniors living in home looking for another Senior only, no couples. I keep my residents on a month to month basis but welcome to stay as long as it works out for all of us here. I own the home which is 4 beds, 2 baths 2,000 sq. ft, located off Mckellips & Horne in Mesa 85203. It is well designed and nicely furnished. My home has a private pool & covered patio. Outdoor smoking is fine. I am female licensed Realtor & Property Manager of many rentals and a business professional adult & I work from my home office. Home is all one level home & close to all major freeways. Hall bathroom is shared with 1 very nice & clean male. Laundry room is shared. All utilities included in rent including Cox Cable TV & Cox internet. If you need room earlier it may be arranged. There are 2 adults in my home & looking for 1 more adult only, no kids or couples please. The room is furnished & all utilities included. Home is all one level home with a private pool. No smoking inside the home. No illegal drugs or weapons allowed in my home & we are not 420 ( Marijuana) friendly home. Bathroom shared with 1 other adult, no kids in home, 1 female vacating 2/28/25 and 1 male adult who is nice & very clean. No drama in my home. My home is kept clean at all times. Not looking to rent for just one month or few months, prefer person who needs a home not a temp home. I own 1 small 6 lb Yorkie dog and she is friendly & fun. Besides myself the Owner, there is 1 male adult living in home who has been here awhile and he is easy going, clean and a is working out great as a roommate for my home.
