We are looking for a new roommate at 720 City park Ave. Not only is the apartment conveniently located with plenty of stores, bus stops and restaurants in the vicinity, but both the CSU campus and city park are only a few blocks away! Utilities are $50-80 extra depending on the season. Strictly no smoking inside. Washer/dryer available in unit.
