This apartment is extremely spacious with very high ceilings. All of the appliances are in great working order.

I have been living in this apartment since October 2018 and have loved every moment. When moving to Hoboken from Sydney Australia, I was extremely happy to have met Nico (the roommate) who made the transition that much easier. The only reason I am leaving is because I am heading back to Australia to complete my masters.

Please note that the following items come with the bedroom:

• Queen sized mattress
• Queen Bed-frame (not pictured)
• Desk (not pictured)
• Paintings Majority of the items which are pictured in the bedroom are mine, however, since I am moving back to Sydney I am happy to sell them with the room.

Nico is very easy going, clean and quiet. He loves to have a chat and hangout on weekends. Usually he is keeping himself busy by going for runs, and going to his girlfriends place a few blocks away. He works 9-5 Monday to Friday.
