About the room
Entire condo (2 bed/ 2 bath, 955 sqft.) with in-unit W/D, a common lawn with tables and chairs, and a pool in a gated condominium complex. The guest bedroom contains a bedframe, mattress, and night stand that can be removed upon request. There are also lawn chairs on the front porch that may be removed upon request. The apartment is otherwise unfurnished.
The unit is located on the second floor of the two-story complex.
Located 4 miles by car from UT Austin, 1.9 miles from Dell Children’s Medical Center, and 2.2 miles from Mueller –– a great location for graduate students and young professionals.
Each bedroom may be rented independently at $1,000 for the master and $700 for the guest bedroom, but note that the other room will be filled.
About the roomies
I won’t be living in the unit as I am renting out both rooms, but here’s some info about me: I finished my PhD in UT Austin’s Biochemistry program in July, 2025. I am originally from Livermore, CA and now live in Beverly, MA for work. I am outgoing, friendly, and generally open-minded individual.
