Offering a suite of two side-by-side fully furnished rooms (use one room as a bedroom, the other an office, media room or yoga room) and private bath in the North wing of my home. Includes access to charming living room, dining room, kitchen, and large gorgeous backyard. All kitchen supplies are provided.

The rooms are in one wing of the house, so you have as much privacy as you want. Includes cable TV, Wi-Fi, use of washer/dryer, driveway parking, and housekeeping. Split PG&E. Month to month. Move in cost is first and last month’s rent plus a $300 security deposit.
