Linda's room

Owner (me, a semi-retired Broker CA Li. 00700300) and two friends to share a 3+3 house in over 55 community. Over 45 is acceptable. Looking for professional working person preferably for room off upstairs loft with bathroom. We will consider renting both loft bedrooms, one person each, one parking spot total, with the loft bathroom. Utilities and TV are included. No illegal drugs, cigarettes or excessive alcohol. No pets because only two total are allowed here. We have a very friendly tiny dog and a big Yellow Lab that visits sometimes for our big dog fix on weekends. Long term is great on a month to month with a goal to stay as long as it works. I just require a 30-Day notice to vacate when you leave. We hope you like to eat out, but we’ll share light use of the kitchen. There’s lot’s of places to dine out, delivery and shopping within walking distance. I offer one parking space and a new washer and dryer to use in the garage. We also have a microwave and small fridge for use in the loft! The photos show we are still unpacking and decorating, but your spaces will be cleared in time for your move in if we make a deal! The room will be empty but a queen bed and furniture is available at no extra charge. Currently you can see a CA King Bed and a dresser in the room to see how it fits! You’ll pretty much enjoy the loft to yourself. Call today!

It’s just a quiet beautiful and safe place to live. Birds chirping, golf balls flying. We have a barbecue and nice patio you can also enjoy. Two of us here are partners with no trauma/drama. We just want to get along with a third roommate and share living expenses. It’s home base in beautiful Banning with lots of great amenities, especially if you love to golf!
