What’s up. One of my roommates is moving out and my other roommate and I need to find someone to take his spot by JULY 1. Please read this entire ad in full to see if you think you’ll be a good fit for this spot.

Located in the Cross Creek Village Apartment Complex, with tons of shady trees, plenty of streams, walking paths, an on-site laundry facility, and more…here’s what else you can expect living here:

-Gated apartment access

-Awesome location, right next to Lincoln if you need to hop on the 91, or head towards Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach

-Very close to LMU (5-min drive away)

-Close to a bike trail for your convenience, the bike trail goes down past El Segundo and also links to Marina Del Rey (great if you prefer to bike to work or need a place to run).

-Only 4 miles away from LAX (yes, sometimes you can hear airplanes, but they’re hard to notice and they won’t keep you up at night)

-Ralphs is less than a mile away for groceries

-You’re a short walk away from nearby italian and thai food restaurants

-Coffee shops are also just a short walk away

-Shared kitchen, fridge included

-Washer and dryer available inside the complex, (about $2.25 for the washing machine and $1.75 for the dryer)

I work remotely for Google. Joel builds guitar pedals. We both enjoy playing guitar, hiking, and going out for runs or bike rides around the beach. And we like keeping our place in great-shape.

Here’s what we hope YOU’RE like:

-Chill, respectful, cleans up after yourself

-Financially stable & employed

-Clean background and good credit

-Looking to stay here at least for a year (the lease is on a month-to-month basis with our landlord, but we’d prefer to have you stay longer so we don’t have to search for a new roommate all the time)

-No pets

-No couples (it’s cool if you have a bf/gf that visits and spends the night, but rent for this bedroom is just for one person)

This apartment is part of the Cross Creek Village complex.

Rent is $1025 each per month.

The three of us will split the utilities and Wifi.

Power/water is around $92 each per month (around $275 total).

Spectrum High-Speed GIG Internet is around $33.75 each per month (around $101.25 total).

The security deposit to reserve your spot is $666.66.

This is a super affordable option to call Playa Del Rey home. And honestly, it’s one of the best-kept secrets in LA.
