We live in a gated, townhouse community. Our house is kept very clean, especially when it comes to the common areas. Beyond the rented bedroom, the house is fully furnished. The room does come with its own bathroom, as well.

Hello!! My husband and I are currently looking for a roommate to fill our 3rd room. We have a dog named Chico, and he is super friendly and house-trained. He basically just lays down all day while we’re working, haha. Currently, for the time being, my husband is working from home, while I work at a blood center. As far as our schedule goes, we typically go to sleep before midnight and get up early for workouts. We’re early-birds and homebodies, so we like to be productive in the mornings and spend our free time just relaxing at home, watching tv :-) As for our ideal roommate, we are looking for someone who is super clean and easygoing.
