Cole's room

The property is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. Myself and my roommate just moved into the property on June 1. Our third roommate just backed out at the last minute so we are looking for someone to fill his spot ASAP. The room is bedroom 3 on the floor plan picture. It is spacious and has its own closet. You will have to share a full bathroom with one other person. The property also has a large common area, kitchen, patio, and 2 car garage. The townhouse is a 5 minute drive from downtown Carlsbad Village.

We are both young male professionals in our early to mid 20’s. We are clean and easy to get along with. We both have 9-5 jobs so we be busy during the week but do like to unwind and have a good time on the weekends. I also have a lab great dane mix that is super friendly and doesn’t shed.
