North Flores Street

Starting June 1, I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/2bath apartment in West Hollywood. The apartment is located on N. Flores, near the intersection of Santa Monica and La Cienaga. Coffee, restaurants and a super market are all just minutes away. As was said, it is 2 bed/2 bath apartment and has two parking spots (tandem) in a gated garage, 2 laundry rooms on site and a pool. There is AC in the living area and ceiling fans in all the rooms. We have central heat for when its cold. The living room and kitchen were both repainted in the last month. Dishwasher in kitchen. The living space and kitchen are furnished. You would be responsible for your bedroom and bathroom. Rent would be $1195 + 1/2 utilities + security deposit. Will entertain a small or medium sized dog, but sorry, no cats as I am very allergic. Ideal roommate would be somebody who is responsible, late 20’s -40’s, and likes to socialize. Must be gay friendly. Not saying we will be best friends, but it would be nice to have a roommate who I get along with, have something in common so we aren’t two strangers sharing a common space. Maybe watch Drag Race or make dinner once in a while. Also, I am looking for somebody who can communicate well and likes living in a clean apartment. I am not really looking for anybody who is looking for a party place or a lot of traffic in and out. Having friends over for dinner and a movie is cool though. Been here for a few years. Great location and I like my neighbors. I am in my 40’s and while I can live on my own, prefer the company. I am in the restaurant business and looking to maybe start my own brand. I do cook a lot and while going out can be fun, I prefer to cook for friends. I like neat and clean house. Other interest include traveling, spending time with family, design.
