We have a room opening May 1st! Very large upstairs room with a private 1/2 bath available. in big, spacious home on an acre in Northwest, Santa Rosa. Great location, central to all, sweet quiet neighborhood with off street parking. This is a 2-story 5 bedroom home that rents to females going to school and/or working. Large spacious home with gourmet kitchen to use limitations. Living, dining, kitchen, laundry room with Front end washer & dryer, 2 refrigerators to accommodate all. High ceilings with fans and big windows. Nice front yard, back fenced yard, with deck, gazebo and hot tub. We are scheduling now to start showing for move-in May 1st, 2026. If move-in is a later date, We will accept a deposit to hold room if a good fit. And also pro-rate first months rent, for partial month move-in. This is an upstairs room with Heat/air in room. $900.00 a month and $800. 00 deposit. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Please contact us, as we would like to fill soon.
