Looking for a female professional in her 30s or late 20s to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in downtown Jersey City starting on July 1, 2020! The lease ends on October 31, 2020 with an opportunity to renew. Rent is $1,150.00/month and internet and PSE&G are split. A $1,650.00 security deposit is required, which will be repaid at the end of the lease if the unit is returned in the same condition.

The available bedroom comfortably fits a queen-sized bed (my bed is full-sized but the room can fit a queen-sized bed easily), nightstand, dresser, and desk. It also has a large closet. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The building offers FREE laundry in the basement and designated storage space for each apartment. There is also a shared backyard (my bedroom overlooks the backyard).

This apartment is in a great location – just a 10 minute walk from Grove Street PATH and close to all the bars and restaurants that downtown JC has to offer!

I am early 30s professional who normally works in Chelsea. I love JC, the neighborhood, and this apartment! Looking for a good person to share since we will probably being together more in this new COVID era. During the week, I kept it pretty low key. During the weekend, I like to be active, I love trying new JC restaurants & bars and garden locally. In the apartment, I keep things clean and tidy and looking for a roommate that is the same.
