The home offers both a front and back porch, features a spacious front and backyard for hosting get-togethers, includes a gently-used propane grill, and ample storage space. Off-street parking is available on the home’s paved driveway.

The home features forced air heating & cooling, electric, and city sewer and water. It also is outfitted for a home security/alarm system that is currently not activated - but certainly can be! Rent and utilities (water, electric, and internet) are split evenly among all parties. Total monthly rent for the house is $1,400. If split 3 ways each party is responsible for $467. The rental/leasing company offers 24/7 maintenance at no cost - the current lease holders has occupied the property for approximately 2 years and have never encountered any significant issues with the property during that time.

We are clean, friendly, hospitable, fun-loving, and hard-working young professionals (29M - Teacher; 30M - Professional Chef) that have been living in the Winston-Salem area since 2016! We enjoy spending my free time outdoors, exploring new businesses and areas of the city, spending time with our respective significant others, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, watching any and all collegiate sports, and entertaining our friends and colleagues!

Our current lease is up July 31, 2022; and our current outgoing roommate should be fully moved out by end of day August 01, 2022. The rental company is fairly flexible with dates for adding new parties to the lease. Ideally, we are seeking 1 other young professional or graduate student in the area for a 12 month lease agreement.
