Why live anywhere else? Located in Coral Gables, this spacious room is what you’ve been looking for. Our home sits just blocks away from Downtown Coral Gables. We are a few minutes away from some of the best restaurants and stores on the Mile. We are also a trolley ride away from Merrick Park! But, if the school is where you spend most of your time, we are less than 10 minutes away from UM. We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, clean, responsible, and quiet.

Monthly rent is $980 and it includes internet, utilities and the use of a washer and dryer. The room has its own private entrance and its own bath and laundry.

I live with my wife, son, and a small dog. We are very quiet, and respectful so you will feel like you are at your own private place.
