The room is unfurnished and has a HUGE closet that stretches nearly the entire length of the wall. The condo is a very quick walk or bike ride to the sand, or you can choose to stay home and enjoy all of the amenities that this garden community has to offer (but which are temporarily closed due to the coronavirus):

• Men’s and Women’s separate spas and saunas
• 2 tennis courts
• 1 paddle tennis court
• 1 basketball court
• Massive clubhouse with billiards, ping pong, and meeting tables

Your master bedroom & attached bath are available starting June 15th! You will be sharing the 3bdr condo with a newlywed couple (male/female) and one other male - all working professionals in their early 30s. It is a laid back and drama-free living environment, 4/20 friendly, and everyone is very respectful of personal space.

Parking is unfortunately not included, however there is usually ample street parking available that does not require a city permit.

Rent is $1,450/month. Water, gas, trash are included in the rent price, and all other utilities (electricity & wifi) will be split amongst the tenants.
