My other roommates and I are looking for either a student or working professional to rent a room in our Chino home. Home is about 20 min away from CPP and down the street from the Chino Spectrum shopping center. Room is unfurnished it fits a queen size bed with dresser & nightstand comfortably. Own bathroom just outside of the bed room. Weekly house cleaning included! Plenty of street parking

All utilities included with exception of shared community items (dish soap, trash bags, drinking water, etc.)

We are all very respectful of one another and looking for someone to do the same. Home is usually quiet for the most part since we are all either working or go to school full time. I have rented out my rooms for 10 years and have had success with all roommates staying 3-4 years so far. No pets allowed do to pet allergies. This is a smoke & drug free environment.
