All female home My other roommates and I are looking for either a student or working professional to rent a room in our Chino home. Room is about 15 min away from CPP and down the street from the Chino Spectrum shopping center. Room is currently furnished but can be removed, queen bed, night stand & tv console and has a large closet. Shared bathroom. Plenty of street parking

All utilities included with exception of shared community items (dish soap, trash bags, drinking water, etc.)

We are all very respectful of one another and looking for someone to do the same. Home is usually quiet for the most part since we are all either working or go to school full time. No pets allowed do to pet allergies. This is a smoke & drug free environment.
