The room has it’s own closet, and you will have your own bathroom (not ensuite however). The apartment has an in-unit washer/ dryer, disposal, dishwasher and large balcony. Most of the apartment will already be fully furnished, and I have some furniture for the bedroom if wanted. The building also has a pool, gym, fire pits and grills. There are many restaurants and parks in walking distance. The grocery store is literally across the street.

Hi, my name is Allie! I am a working professional in private asset management as an administrative assistant. During the week I like to cook my own dinners, and meal prep for work-week lunches. Ideally I would like a roommate to hang out and do things with, but also have our own separate lives. I signed a 14 month lease starting May 16th, and my sister is living with me until she goes back to college in mid-August and I am looking for someone to take her place when she leaves.
