Modern 3/2 condo located in upper Makakilo Convenient location near the H1 and several major stores

I’m a 25 year old and I’ll be renting out one of my spare rooms. The rent will cover all bills to include electric, just please be respectful about energy consumption :)

I work full time for the Air Force and I’ll be going to school part time at UH Manoa, so military/college age people are my ideal roommate. Additionally someone who values cleanliness is a top concern of mine!

I like to spend my time watching anime, playing board games and video games so if you have nerdy hobbies, we’ll probably get along well!

My place has limited parking directly in front of the building, so you’d have to use street parking which would be about a 3-5 minute walk away.
