We are looking for a new housemate!

The room:

• About 10’-5“ x 13’-6“
• could be partially furnished or unfurnished (last roomie is leaving some of the furniture)
• spacious industrial-looking open closet
• 2 large windows
• large shared bathroom with lost of storage, double sink, bathtub/shower combo.
• no shared walls with other bedrooms!

House deets:

• house is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood in centrally-located View Heights neighborhood, close to Culver City and Inglewood.
• furnished living room with sectional couch, dining table, and lots of nice plants
• large TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime
• kitchen with lots of cabinet space and fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc
• gas stove
• storage room with shelves for your extra stuff
• hardwood throughout and tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms
• laundry machine and drier in the house
• awesome and large back yard with patio furniture, a small tangerine tree and avocado tree.
• easy street parking
• there is a small, senior, non-shedding dog (8.5 lbs) that lives here and is VERY quiet, calm, friendly and low key. She is pretty much always with her owner.

We have a great group of roomies here, and people rarely move out! The last turn over we had was over a year an a half ago. One of our roomies had to move back home and although we are sad to see him go, we are excited to meet and live with someone new!
