Complete laundry and clean shared bath rm., all upkeep of home is taken care of. Office area available and two living rms/tv/seating areas. Treadmill and free weights available in workout area. Off street and side street parking in a safe neighborhood on an acre tree shaded lot with flower gardens, bird feeders and a fire pit.

I am a semi retired male of good nature and love of life. I work from home as a Handyman/Property Maintenance. I work long hours and maintain a well balanced life. At present I have one room mate who just completed college and working an internship. Previously I shared to a young professional woman who worked from home in the available office area for 8 yrs. Usually I have a minimum of one but sometimes there are two separate rmmates in my home. No problems so far… if a problem happens, we work it out.
