Hey Folks, I’m looking for 3 roommates to join me in a large beautiful home right by UCSF, Irving Street, Golden Gate Park, and easy access to Muni and Buses. The house is spread out over 3 floors and features a big backyard, excellent kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, lots of shared space, as well as a deck or balcony on each floor. There is also loads of storage space and parking in the garage/basement, and quiet carpeted stairs between each floor. The house is unfurnished so there’s plenty of room to put your own personal touch on the place with the furniture/accessories you’d like to add to the environment.

Available Rooms: 3rd Floor Private Bedroom The largest available room. A spacious double bedroom with hardwood floors and access to small private balcony. Looks towards the sunset. 3rd Floor Private Bedroom Single bedroom with hardwood floor. The view out the window looks up at Sutro Tower and out at Downtown SF. 2nd Floor Private Space Single bedroom with carpeted floor. The view out the window looks up at Sutro Tower and out at Downtown SF.

Common Areas: Welcoming front living room with big windows. Dining Room with pretty cabinets next to Kitchen. Laundry Space with washer-dryer Expansive modern well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage space. Opens up to the spacious family room/back living room which spills out onto the backyard balcony. Backyard balcony with stairs leading up to upper deck and down to backyard. The backyard is big and sunny with two small trees and has room to stretch out or even start a garden. In addition to 3 floors of living space, there’s also a basement that has room for two cars. The basement also has 3 bedroom-sized segmented sections for storage, library, office space, maker space, gym, recreation, etc. I’ll be using some of the space to store my bike and inflatable kayaks :)

Monthly rent is $2250 for the double room and $1750 for the single rooms plus shared utilities. Parking Options also available, as well as options to hire a cleaner once a month. $2250/$1750 deposit depending on the room, and a 6-month lease with 30-day notice to renew lease. 12 month lease is also available.

A little about me: I’m a Bay Area native who is pretty laid-back but fun, friendly and active. I work as an Elementary school teacher in SF, so on weekdays when I’m not working I like to relax at home and watch tv/movies or sports, play videos games, draw, and cook. When I’m outside the house I’m typically doing something active (bike riding, playing basketball, fishing and working out when I can). On weekends I try to explore a little bit and check out museums and other landmarks. Occasionally I’ll take a trip up to wine country or Russian river to get away from the city and enjoy nature. Pretty open to trying new things. Not opposed to mixing in a little nightlife:)

Looking for someone who wants a friendly, clean, pleasant home environment, social when that works, and respectful of people’s need for privacy/down-time as well. Maybe someone who is down to have a few drinks around the house from time to time. Hoping to find people who would appreciate the extra space and amenities the house provides.
