About the room
This is a 160 year old farmhouse situated next to a brook & waterfall in central Vt, just 20 minutes east of Montpelier, the state capital. We are a wonderful, fairly liberal community. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room home with plenty of space for people. I am a quilt designer/artist and the 2nd living room is my studio. The room for rent is the largest in the house, has a cathedral ceiling, is right next to the upstairs bath, and even has a futon couch for relaxing in privacy when you want. You can even set up a work from home station in this room. There are at least 7 swimming holes adjacent to my property, 700 acres of school property full of trails and an ancient railroad bed that is frequently used for hiking, biking, walking, jogging, cross-xtry skiing and they all empty out into my backyard.
About the roomies
No other roommates at this time. Have had some wonderful folks over the past few years and have rented to travel nurses multiple times.
