Katrina's room

We live in a 5-bedroom house in South Whittier, a few minutes walk from Food4Less, Target, Walmart and various restaurants. We are looking for professional, responsible and respectful roommates. The house is newly constructed, has a huge kitchen, new appliances, hardwood flooring, 4 unoccupied bedrooms (we will be renting out 3 and keeping one as a guest room), and a spacious backyard with a pool. The house is located in a family-friendly area where street parking is available.

Room 1 (Available on 07/01/2020): Unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom. Located beside the shared bathroom. Comes with a closet with mirror sliding doors. Door has an electronic deadbolt lock for added security. Can fit a queen bed. Has a ceiling fan and a window with a view of the backyard. Rent is $850 inclusive of electricity, water and internet.

Room 2 (Available on 07/01/2020): Unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom. Separate and located down the hall. Comes with a closet with mirror sliding doors. Door has an electronic deadbolt lock for added security. Can fit a queen bed. Has a ceiling fan and a window facing a wall. Rent is $850 inclusive of electricity, water and internet.

Room 3 (Available on 07/01/2020): Unfurnished bedroom with OWN huge bathroom. Comes with a closet with mirror sliding doors. Door has an electronic deadbolt lock for added security. Can fit a queen bed. Has a ceiling fan and a window with a view of the pool. Rent is $1,100 inclusive of electricity, water and internet.

Strictly NO smoking and drugs.

My husband and I live in a separate part of the house. We have our own kitchenette, living room, and entrance to the the house. We are young professionals who are very respectful and quiet, and generally keep to ourselves. My husband is allergic to cats and we already have an English bulldog named Molly, so as much as possible we prefer not to accept any more pets.
