Private room and bathroom in great clean and roomy house with big yard in family neighborhood in Carson. House is on the end of a cul de sac with all well maintained homes/yards. I have very nice furnishings and I will provide a furnished room or unfurnished. I will consider sharing space in the extra bedroom as an office. This is a house share so you have access to everything in the common areas including the big yard, garage (including storage), kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. I will pay all utilities including high speed internet.

Me: I am an easy going hard working technology leader working in Culver City. I love to travel and have been to 50 countries so far my favorite are Brazil, Paris and Italy. I like hiking, exercise, photography and meeting new people. My dog: Oreo is a 2 year old 40lb pointer/lab mix. She loves to play and will really enjoy the great back yard on the house. She is a rescue.
