Room and shared bathroom on Eastside for rent. August move in date is flexible.

We live at the end of a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood, quiet, great neighbors, close to grocery stores and UGA vet hospital.

Upstairs room is good size with walk in closet. We have attic storage as well as a garage. Shared washer and dryer. Very small fenced backyard with a decent (12x12?) Patio area.

Just myself and husband during the week at home but our kids DO live with us Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Their rooms are also upstairs. They will not enter your space or mess with your things but they are kids, they make noise, they will ask to talk but are respectful of your no. They shower, brush teeth etc downstairs but might use the bathroom upstairs during the night occasionally (otherwise it is all yours). We also have a dog that loves people.

During the week we are pretty low key and quiet. We occasionally (not during pandemics) have game nights but are respectful of house rules and boundaries we all agree on. We don’t expect a spotless house but we do like to keep our kitchen clean and dishes put away. We are frugal in our use of heating and air and utilities will rarely cost you more than $85 including internet, water, and electricity.
