Rare opening in a large First Hill/Capitol Hill apartment. Roommate has lived here for four years but is sadly relocating to Los Angeles, so here we are! The room is about average size with an AC unit in it. We will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small extra room for additional storage. Price includes internet and utilities, except for in the winter when we will negotiate how to heat the place (old building, old baseboard heat… I use a space heater and I encourage you to as well… otherwise we will discuss heat.
