Hi there, my current roommate is planning on moving out but I would like to keep leasing at our great place! I am looking for another young professional to fill his spot. We have a great rooftop (can’t see the ocean but its a cool view nonetheless). We have access to a shared quarter laundry machine. There is a pretty spacious living room with a balcony with a grill and seating. We each have our own bathroom and also have a half bath for the living room. Your room would have a pretty big walk in closet and can fit a queen size mattress. There is permit parking on our street so you can almost always find a spot. Utilities are internet (~$30) and electricity (~$50). The rent might go up a small amount for the year and I’ll update the post once I find out how much. Looking for somebody for at least a year commitment.

29yr old single guy, pretty quiet/clean at home, like to cook/bake and have friends over from time to time. I am an engineer working in Long Beach (a little over 3 yrs in the South Bay). I enjoy running and hiking. Getting more into volleyball and surfing since I moved here from NYC.
