Only renting room to 1 person************* Good sized room with walk in closet in a recently remodeled townhouse, just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Room is lightly furnished with a bed, TV, office chair and desk. You also get your own full sized fridge. All bills included! (Internet, trash, water, electric) Neighborhood is safe and quiet with a community pool and tennis courts right across the street. Also really nice park a couple minutes away with Frisbee golf course and rec center.
**No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. Must show proof of employment and pass criminal background check
About the roomies
Currently 3 people here, looking for a 4th, everyone is respectful, clean and laid back. Not really party animals, but do enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail on occasion. Also enjoy working on my car and playing volleyball.
