== The Place ==

Built in the garage of a one level single family house, the unit is separated from the house and has its own entrance through a private side yard. It is all to yourself. Total size is 165 sqf. The bedroom is ~100 sqf (8.5’ X 11.5’). The large closet is 2’X8.5’. The bathroom is ~50sqf.

There is no kitchen, but I will provide a microwave, a mini fridge, and an outdoor propane grill with a side burner (see picture).

== The Neighborhood ==

A very safe, quiet, and convenient neighborhood at the north east side of Pleasanton. The unit is just two blocks away from the big beautiful community park and two tennis courts. Easy access to freeway 580 (1 mile), 680 (3.5 mile), and BART (1.8 miles). Walking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants.

== Utility ==

One occupant: $100 flat fee for high speed Internet (2Gbps), water, PG&E, and garbage. Two occupants: $150

To be paid together with the rent on the 1st of each month.

My long-time boyfriend and I live in the main house. We are respectful, quite, and kind professionals. Since the unit is your own private space, you are not living with us. We may occasionally running into each other in the driveway or in the laundry area.
