You’ll have your own private unfurnished bedroom and bathroom in a 2bed/bath condo, only 1 other roommate. Location in Mission Valley is central to everything. It’s an upstairs end unit, so no shared walls or neighbors right outside your window. Large wall-length closet, nice patio with access from your room. I’m not a big cook, so you’d have free reign of the kitchen. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and workout room. All utilities included. Complex has unassigned parking.
