Hey there! Looking for a roommate to fill my 2x1 in the heart of the Castro for end of June. I am a single female, mid 20s, who typically commutes down to the South Bay for work (but lol quarantine)—so I can be an early riser. I’ve been in the Bay for less than a year, so love a roommate I can explore the city with, head out for meals and nightlife, etc if possible! Location is A DREAM and truly steps away from grocery, two super clean/ friendly laundromats, MUNI, and just about anything else you would ever need.

Current roommate and I are close, share a lot, pretty open—aka let’s be friends! Apartment is furnished and roommate will be leaving a lot behind/potentially selling items, so happy to chat through what you may need. Otherwise, room will be unfurnished.

Room available is the one with beige curtains (approx. 10x12ft), closest to the shared bath, and includes super deep closet. Currently fits a queen bed with ease!

Rent includes trash and water, other utilities are PG&E + Verizon and are $40-60/person/month. Would love to get to know you + FaceTime tour.

Wonderful neighbors, quiet and peaceful street. I believe cats are permitted with a deposit and am happy to ask the landlord for details there if needed! No couples, please.
