Additionally, there is a bathroom sink and mirror in the room as well as in the attached bath. Rent is $850. Utilities are shared and will likely work out to about $150/month. This includes super high-speed commercial internet. Two washers and dryers on site. Available to use free 24/7 Huge 1500 sq./ft community living room with Brunswick pool table and 85“ smart TV. Basketball court. Off street dedicated parking. Great highway access. Building out a CrossFit style gym area. It is a work in progress…. but we are out there working out every day. Feel free to join us. Double occupancy will be entertained on a case by case basis….so couples are welcome to check it out. No smoking, no drugs, no drama, no Kids, no pets No lease…..month to month. No deposit required. No credit check but must show ability to pay (have a job). Background check only to ensure no felony history.
