The condo is in Sandy Springs near I-285 and Roswell Road. The MARTA stop is about one block away. So for most places in Atlanta, you can take MARTA. This is both very inexpensive and it is available frequently most of the time.

The condo is furnished. It has washer, drier, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, many appliance, dishes and cookware to use.

Everything is included in the rent. This includes electricity, gas, water, trash disposal, parking, high speed internet, CATV, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and everything else.. The rent is $200 per week. This includes everything. You will never have to pay more.

The 2nd bedroom is partially furnished and includes a chest of drawers, desk, chair and lamp, TV, and futon. The futon can serve as a bed or sofa. The second bathroom connects directly with the bathroom.

The condo includes a swimming pool, but there is a large park less than I mile away with tennis courts. Although the condo is in a safe location, the condo is gated for additional security. It is a very safe place to live.

I am a considerate, well educated, great communicator. During my career I served as a Captain in the USAF. Now I am professional business executive that serves as the CTO for a telecom company. I especially like working and talking about STEM. Most of my time is related to business, but I like to read, watch Netflix and play tennis. I am very mild and easy-going. Most people like me. I am very respectful toward others and their perceptions. My only expectation is that the rent be paid, no smoking or drugs and keep the place reasonably clean.
