Hi!

I recently purchased a newly renovated townhome in N. Boulder and am seeking a roommate to complete the space. The house is a 2 br/2ba, two level townhouse with brand new kitchen appliances, brand new full sized washer and dryer, and central AC and heating. Because this is my home, I’m hoping to find a level-headed, fun, and stable person to fill the room. Ideally the person doesn’t have much furniture, as I have the common spaces covered, including some of the kitchen basics.

Rent is $1200/mo. which includes water, sewer and trash but excludes energy and utilities. You will have your own bathroom, and the room for rent has double closets. There is also some additional storage available in the garage.

Hypoallergenic pets are negotiable, but unfortunately I’m very allergic to cats and some dogs.

If you feel this may be a good fit, please send me a blurb about yourself and we can setup a time to show the house and discuss additional specifics. I’m looking for the best candidate and can be flexible on the move-in date until I find the right fit.

While I’m home, I like to spend time cooking, conversing, and entertaining guests, and I’d like to find someone who will enjoy these things as well. It’s also important that the new roommate is clean, tidy, and conscious of others’ in a shared space.
