Elizabeth's room

Room has built-in storage. Back patio, so basically a second living room with space for safe entertaining, a hammock, lights, a propane fire pit. My garage is equipped with a squat rack, olympic bar, and other weights/workout equipment. Apartment is fully furnished, including the bedroom with a bed, shelf, and built in closet.

There are tons of plants everywhere inside. Ample street parking - never have an issue finding a spot. Neighbors are all cool, we chat, sometimes drink on the patio together.

Safe neighborhood, lots of green, lush grass and landscaping. Close to a park, 2 grocery stores, tons of coffee shops, Westwood Village, restaurants, hiking, etc. etc.

Would be open to another animal if it is compatible with cats!

I have 2 cats that are well socialized/love people.

I’m a mid-late 20s tech sales professional and work a regular 8-6 (sometimes later). I spend a lot of time outside (into camping, hiking, taking my cat, Basil, on said hikes and camping trips etc). Very extroverted personality but introverted energy levels. Love to joke around. I love being good friends with my roommate and chatting about life occasionally. Big coffee fan. Big craft beer fan. Pretty laid back when it comes to whatever you do in your personal life but definitely looking for someone to respect our home. Love having people over for dinner parties, chill game nights, and general quality time 3-4 times a month.

Pre-this past year, I tutor K5 and I occasionally foster animals from rescues.
