Aubrey's room

A cute little rancher home in the heart of the Randolph neighborhood! This is one of three bedrooms in the home and you’d have access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The house is fairly open in the common space. There is a living room already furnished with a tv/Roku. Connected to that is a kitchen complete with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. This leads to the laundry room with private washer/dryer and has a door out to the fenced in backyard. There is no private parking, but 95% of the time we are all able to park directly in front of the house. Utilities are not included, but you would pay directly to each of us every month averaging around $150 for all utilities plus internet.

Walking distance to Hollywood Cemetery and Morris Lamplighter and about a mile from Texas Beach! Couldn’t be a more convenient location!

Our landlord is super sweet and even lets you pay her through Venmo which is really convenient. We rent from a small family so they are very attentive landlords as well.

My girlfriend and I are a couple in our mid twenties and occupy the other two bedrooms. MUST BE COOL WITH THE FOLLOWING: -queer friendly -420 friendly -I have a small dog and she has a cat, so NO PETS PLEASE -sex worker friendly (we are both strippers)

We tend to go to sleep early and wake up early every day, so we’d prefer a schedule that doesn’t conflict with that unless you’re quiet and don’t mind hearing us in the morning. We are both vegetarian, so ideally our roommate would be too, or at least be okay with not cooking meat in our home. The house is already fully furnished with everything including cooking equipment so no need to bring anything except what you’d be putting in your bedroom.
