Are you looking for a beautiful apartment filled with natural light and a view of the bay? Steps from the ocean and steps to countless presidio trails? From our spacious 4 bedroom home you can hear the ocean waves at night and hear the birds chirping all day long, yet still be right in the middle of the best city in the world (in our humble opinion).

Apartment: We have two 9x12 rooms opening up in our gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we are so excited to fill them! Available July 1st for a one year lease. bedrooms can fit a full bed, dresser, bedside table, and one or two other pieces of small furniture. Each person who fills a room would be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. Apartment has a huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. Plenty of storage, inside and outside. Hook-ups available for laundry in unit, (washer and dryer here now belong to roommate who’s leaving), bonus points if you have a washer and dryer or extra furniture! (couches, tables rugs chairs etc.) There is also coin or app-operated laundry in our apartment complex.
Neighborhood: Our home is part of the Presidio Residencies which is a large complex run by the Presidio Trust. We pay our rent each month to the trust which goes directly back into funding the national park. Permitted parking is available for $50 a month. 10 minute walk to baker beach, 15 minute walk to view of GG bridge, 25 minute walk to local grocery store, 5 minute walk to 29 MUNI bus line, 15 minute walk to California 1 MUNI bus line. Steps away from countless breathtaking trails, and the Free PresidiGO shuttle bus stop, which can take you around the presidio and to downtown. Community garden available. Oh and theres also a tree swing and community patio steps from our door.

Pricing: Each room has a base rent of ~$1,150-$1,180 + utilities which come out to ~$125-$145 a month (we are responsible for everything besides trash). Security deposit $1000.

Roommates: You will be living with 2 females in their mid to late twenties. One is about to be a licensed psychologist and the other is currently unemployed because of good old coronavirus but is trying her best to keep her chin up and is getting lots of money from the government. We both like to cook, hike around the presidio, netflix and chill and get wine delivered to the front door (ya do what ya gotta do). We are a chill laid-back household and are used to taking the initiative to clean when it is necessary. We expect the same from you. Namely the kitchen which is the most used common space. Group cleans are sometimes necessary for the larger living spaces.

We are looking for someone who is laid-back, drama free, clean and friendly. No couples, sorry. Must be respectful of noise and messes and must not bring the party home unless everyone in the house is cool with it. Also must be comfortable with dogs! :)
