Has walk in closet, dishwasher, large in unit stacked washer and dryer. There are AC/heat wall units in every room. We will each have our own bathrooms with tub/shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Available parking is secured garage and is $65/month. Complex amenities: elevator, rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, game room, pet spa/ dog park, yoga studio, movie room, and a bunch of other common areas.

I’m a non-smoking female looking for a female roommate. I will be moving from NY to Santa Clara for work after I graduate college, so the move in time frame is Aug/Sept and the specific date is flexible. I’m sadly allergic to cats but dogs and other pets are welcome!
