Charming Unfurnished Casita

Tired of living with roommates!!!? Charming unfurnished studio / casita in great neighborhood in south Carlsbad with self-controlled heat and a/c. One mile to I-5 freeway and 1.5 miles to Carlsbad State Beach. Ample and close street parking. Casita has private stairway entrance outside of main house and a private bathroom, mirrored closet with all-in-one countertop oven and refrigerator/freezer. No hot plates allowed. No main house access, including laundry and kitchen privileges. No criminal records, no pets, no illegal drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no loud music or parties, no on-site businesses - no exceptions. Overnight guests are limited in quantity and duration on a monthly basis with prior notification. ONE professional person only. Personal, work (or school) references required. Income verification required. $1250 per month rent plus utilities with a 6-month lease. Utilities are prorated monthly based on usage and include electricity and water (note: cable and Wi-Fi are also available but both are a fixed fee and not based on usage). First and last month’s rent required upfront with ½ month’s cleaning, damage and security deposit. Available immediately. A $500 nonrefundable deposit holds the casita with the remaining balance due 5 days before move-in. All transactions are in cash, no checks, no wire transfers or VENMO / ZELLE.

The Casita is private and separate from the house but my wife and would like to talk with you over the phone first. We are both laid back and quiet, stay to ourselves and have little interaction with the tenant.
