This adorable condo overlooks the Haile Plantation Village Center, so the balcony has a lot of people-watching opportunities. There are at least five restaurants within walking distance, including two that are directly below the property (Limerock Road Grill & Volcanic Sushi). There is a coffee/ice cream shop across the street and a beautiful pool and gym right nearby.

I’m a 26-year-old writer for a tech company in Gainesville. I don’t currently have pets, but I’m looking to adopt a dog soon. I love to cook, paint, read, write (obviously) and I love outdoorsy activities that are not running. I hate running. My dream is to write a children’s book series and my side hobby is refurbishing old furniture. I’m a big fan of sitcoms (Parks & Rec > The Office) and you may hear me singing off key in the shower. I own the condo, so there’s no go-between to get maintenance on something.
