Kimberly's room

I am looking to fill the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area of College Hill, Providence, RI, between South Main St. and Benefit St. It is walking distance to the Brown School of Public Health and main campus, as well as RISD. The bedroom is large (approx. 11 ft x 17 ft) with a large 10 ft closet and three large windows. There is plenty of space for a queen sized bed, two dressers and/or a desk. Living Room: Large and spacious. Has a functional fire place and gets plenty of sunlight. Dining Room: Separated from the living room by the fire place. Room for a full sized kitchen table and a coffee/tea cart. Kitchen: Full sized stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and dishwasher. Bathroom: Shared. Full sized shower/bathtub, plenty of storage. Utilities (wifi and electric) range from $60-100 depending on the time of year. Landlord pays for gas/heat. Laundry is free and is located in the building. A second parking sop can be purchased otherwise there is plenty of street parking surrounding the area. There is a very well kept large back patio that is shared with the other tenants.

I am a grad student at the Brown School of Public Health. When I am not busy with school I like to spend time outside and enjoy cooking. The other tenants in the building are grad students and young professionals.
