This is a private room w/ shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment right off of Main Street in Manayunk. The apartment is a block away from the subway, a lot of yoga and gym studios and plenty of restaurants and bars. The place is very spacious, fully furnished, has centralized air-conditioning and has an in-unit laundry and dryer.

I’m a 25 year old working professional software developer who is relaxed and easy to live with. I have no pets but the apartment is pet friendly. I keep the place clean and always help maintain the place. I enjoy going out for a drink or finding new places in the city to go to during the weekends. In my free time I like to work out, play video games or watch TV.
