Mike's room

4k square foot home on 2 acres with a 3 car garage. Garage is used as almost a 2nd living room. 2 open rooms, only filling with 1 person, looking for someone that can click with us. We operate as a family, all bills included in rent including food (25 per person per week) - typically we will each choose one day a week to cook, and we work together on grocery list (usually around 100 per week in food brought in)

4 adults and 1 child, 3 males 2 females. 2 cats, both males. Child spends half the week here and other half with her mother. Everyone is really laid back, and all house decisions are made as a vote.
