👥 About Us / Who We’re Looking For: We’re easygoing and keep a clean, respectful home. Looking for someone mature, grounded, and considerate — someone who values a peaceful living space and is comfortable sharing communal areas with others. No smoking indoors

👤 Current Household Setup: Currently, the home is shared by four people: 2 males (ages 41 and 40) 1 female (age 33) 1 child (age 12) And one very calm, good-natured English Springer Spaniel named June (4 years old)

Once both rooms are rented, the total number of residents will be 6, plus June. With 4,000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to live comfortably. Everyone contributes to keeping shared spaces clean and respectful.
