Two unfurnished bedrooms with full house privileges are available in a quiet, comfy rental home in eastern Cedar Park, northwest of Austin. Rent is $500 per month and utilities are shared. One bedroom has tiled flooring, the other has wood-like flooring, both have ceiling fans and the bathroom is shared.

The fenced backyard has 3 patio areas. The large living room has a fireplace and ceiling fan., the dining area has french doors to the outside. Lots of storage is available in the garage, attic, and backyard storage shed. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven available.

There are 2 eating areas, and only one has a table and chairs, so there’s room for your dining set if you have one. Also, lots of extra space in the living area if you have living room furniture, and 3 outside areas if you have outdoor furniture. I can lend you a chest of drawers if you need one.

The home is very close to north Highway 183 and Cypress Creek Blvd. and only 4 miles from Lakeline Station. Downtown or UT would be an easy commute on the Redline, or an Express bus. Near Apple, 3M, IBM, and other big companies. Lakeline Mall, The Railyard and other excellent shopping can be found nearby, in addition to lots of very good restaurants, The police and fire stations nearby help to make this neighborhood feel safe.

I am also a bit shy and nerdy and will let you have your space if that is what you want, although I like being social and would enjoy chatting with you. I will have grandchildren visiting from time to time, and I will inform you beforehand, I am sure you will want to have your family over as well.

This is NOT my home, it’s a rental home that I want to continue to stay in. The owner will ask that you fill out a lease application. He has a realtor who will do the approval process.
