We have a room for rent in a house within the Melrose District available now. The house is large, with a full front and back yard, a fully stocked wet bar, and right in the heart of Hollywood/West Hollywood.

The House The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of the Melrose Arts District. The house itself is fully furnished, with a wet bar, large kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry in unit. The house also has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, with beautiful Spanish art deco archways throughout. Additionally, the house has a full front and backyard (with lemon and pomegranate trees), with a picnic table, chairs, and stringlights for a nice relaxing spot outdoors. There is also plenty of storage throughout the home, as well as a garage for storage. The house also has fiber optic internet, a full security camera system, and plenty of storage throughout the home. It’s located in the heart of a very quiet neighborhood off Melrose Ave, with plenty of walkable bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The Roommates We’re three guys in our mid-thirties who are generally pretty career-focused and are looking for a like-minded person to take the sublet for the room. We are all quiet and courteous, and keep the common areas of the house clean.

My name is Zach and I’m a photographer and writer. I’ve been living in the house for 8 years now, and have been in LA for almost 10 years now. I’m 38 years old, and generally keep to myself and am usually working in my room or on set.

Chris is one of the other roommates and is a motorcycle mechanic who owns the motorcycle shop just down the street - Melrose Moto. He’s very nice, and I’ve been good friends with him for 6-7 years now. That said, he is a complete workaholic, and only really comes home to sleep.

The other roommate Chris works at a bar called Knucklehead, and spends a lot of time at his girlfriend’s place when he’s not home. He’s very sweet, but admittedly keeps to himself and is pretty quiet. All three of us are motorcyclists, so we have a few bikes that we store in the back.
