Convenient location, right off Culver and Deerfield Dr, less than one mile from Culver plaza and Ralph’s shopping center. There are three bathrooms, one downstairs two upstairs, large family room directly off of the kitchen and large separate living room. From the kitchen, you can enter the large, very private yard with several bountiful fruit trees. A short walk to one of many private community pools, walking trails and parks

Room size is 12FT X 11FT with 8-11FT high vaulted ceiling, closet, and extra storage above closet, and a beautiful backyard view. Full bathroom conveniently located adjacent hallway and shared at times. Full house access including large kitchen, family, dining, living room, laundry, and backyard. Plenty of street parking in front of home.

Room is currently furnished with new Queen bed set, office desk, 40“ 4K Roku TV, full Cox cable, Amazon prime movies and WiFi. Furnishings may be removed upon request.

Monthly Rent: $1000 (includes all utilities) with a $1000 deposit. Total move-in cost: First rent + deposit ($2000.00) A minimum stay of 90-Days, up to 12-month term available with further extension.

Current residents are both middle aged, very easy-going, husband (Caucasian) and Asian wife with our 5-year-old little boy. We all sleep in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, and other bedroom used as a general computer / tv room. The home is spacious, nice backyard, large downstairs rooms, kitchen, laundry in garage and two large refrigerators. Brian (husband), uses the middle bathroom to shower only and Lidiana and Landon use every couple days to take bath. We are non-intrusive and fully respect the privacy of someone else that we decide to would welcome in.
