Perfect for working from home with work desk and chair. High speed Wifi, cable, TV w/Roku, all utilities included. 5 minute drive to Amazon and Microsoft shuttle buses, city bus and water taxi to downtown. Perfect for getting started in Seattle! Note: Because of the West Seattle Bridge closure we recommend this rental only for people who can commute by work shuttle, city bus, water taxi or who will be working from home. 1/2 mile walk to 3 grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants. 20 minute walk to the beach and bike trails. (We could discuss removing some of the furniture such as the bed if necessary). There is always street parking immediately in front of the house. There is a safe/secure outdoor area to store your bike, SUP or kayak.

We are a couple that occupy the top floor of the house and part of the ground floor. You have your own entrance on the side of the house and completely separate living space. We share the washer/dryer in the garage. Likely we will never see you and you won’t see us except when we are working in the garden.
