Quiet tree-lined area of Richmond (N&E). Huge, private yard with Redwood. 2 Private rooms, Bedroom with two closets and upstairs carpeted Den with a small closet, built in desk, shelves, and a nice sunset sky view. Laundry, eat-in kitchen and bathroom are shared, in the middle of the two living areas. Your rooms have a separate side entrance and a door to close them off from the kitchen. There is also plenty of room for bikes or other sports equipment in the covered entranceway. Wildcat Canyon is fantastic for hiking, and is right around the corner with amazing views of the whole bay. Marina Bay Trail, Knox-Miller Park, and Point Isabelle, are all under 10 min. and are amazing for biking and walking with amazing city, bridge, and bay views. These parks are the reason I love living in Richmond, as well as its central location for commuting. The Ferry also goes from the Richmond Marina to SF now. Del Norte Bart and Safeway, as well as the Bike Path to Berkeley are just a mile away. There is an off street parking spot in front, or plenty of street parking.

Just me, a female elementary school teacher, private swim instructor, and artist, in her 50’s. I am outgoing and friendly, but busy and easy going. I am either out working at private pools, schools, or enjoying nature, or I’m home cooking, doing yoga in the yard, or doing artwork. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and you shouldn’t either, but I am 420 friendly. I don’t dictate diet, or overnight guests, or drinking habits, but I expect you to be mature enough not to make those an issue for a housemate. Please be clean and considerate in common areas, pleasant and direct with communication, and responsible and reliable with your obligations. Have some good references, and be willing to show a decent credit score. 6 month sublease, but superseded by my one year renewable lease. I will be staying though, and hope to renew the 6 month lease if all is well, so you can too. Can be flexible about paying off the security deposit, or perhaps a slight discount on rent, for some serious yard work and maintenance.
