Adam's room

Private room available December 1st in a spacious, cozy house in the Sunset. The Room 120sq ft, with large windows that take in ample sunlight, especially in the morning.

There is a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower.

The house, as mentioned above, is spacious, with a large kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a gas range, refrigerator, as well as kitchenwares, dining ware and glasses –great, at least we’d like to think, if you like to cook/dine well at home.

Downstairs, there is also a kitchenette with a smaller refrigerator, and smaller living area as well.

Washer/drier on site.

Parking available in the driveway.

Four housemates currently, all in our late twenties-early thirties. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and while each does his/her own thing for the most part, we like to hang out, cook/enjoy good wine, and there is a convivial, chill atmosphere at the house.
